A toast to Madrid and all the wonderful wines we can enjoy in the Capital City!We will visit one of the classic venues of Madrid, family run since 1931. This shop Tavern is just perfect to delight your palate for a festival of tastes and flavors. Pretending to be a general introduction to Spanish wines and culture, you’ll learn about the main Spanish Designations of Origin. Different regions and grapes will be relished and enjoyed at the taste. From the dark red Rioja or Ribera del Duero fermented juices to the clear sparkling white wine called Cava formerly grown across the North Eastern Region. We made a great selection of wines to taste with our local expert guide Mario who can also suggest different wines on the way.The notes on each wine will be commented as you enjoy delicious Spanish tapas such as Iberian products, cheese, quince jelly or olives.This is also a practical and useful introduction to the center of Madrid counting with a native guide by your side. After this wine experience we’re sure you’ll be ready to discover other Spanish wines by yourself.
